Yes. Your first consultation is genuinely free — no charge, no obligation. It's a conversation, not a sales pitch. We'll assess your skin, answer your questions, and give you honest recommendations. If you decide Eden isn't right for you, there's no pressure and no awkwardness. We'd rather you find the right fit than feel pushed into something.
It depends on what you're addressing. Some concerns — like dullness or dehydration — can show improvement within weeks. Others — like pigmentation or acne scarring — may take months of consistent work. We'll give you realistic timeframes during your consultation. We believe in honest expectations, not miracle promises.
That's completely fine. Take the plan home, think it over, talk to your partner or your wallet. We're here when you're ready — whether that's next week or next month. There's no expiry on your consultation.
Yes, we offer flexible payment options for treatment packages. We'll discuss this during your consultation so you know exactly what to expect.
We're a skin health clinic, not a day spa. We focus on results, not relaxation (though many clients find treatments relaxing anyway). We've been in Newtown since 2007, building long-term relationships with clients who value honesty over hype. We take time to understand your skin properly before recommending anything — and we never push treatments you don't need.
You're not alone — many of our clients feel this way when they first come in. Often, the issue isn't that nothing works; it's that nothing has been given enough time, or products are fighting each other, or the underlying cause hasn't been addressed. A proper consultation helps us understand what's actually happening and create a plan that makes sense.
Street parking is available on Wilson Street and surrounding streets. We're also a short walk from Newtown Station if public transport works better for you.
